未知の世界へのコンタクトの欲求を、人間は生まれながらにして持っていると思う。10万年前、アフリカ大陸を出発した私たちの祖先は地球上を移動、拡散し、今から100年前地球の果て南極にたどり着いた。10万年後、地球を出発した私たちの子孫は宇宙を移動、拡散し、とうとう惑星グリーゼで生命体と出会う。人類が地球上をたどった10 万年の記録と、これから宇宙をたどる10万年の想像を 2つのドーム型インスタレーションと音楽に変換し展開していく。―― 平本正宏+鳴川肇+村上祐資

Humanity has possessed the desire to make contact with unknown worlds ever since it came into being. Our ancestors left the African continent 100,000 years ago, moving and spreading out all over the Earth, at last arriving at the South Pole some 100 years ago. And 100,000 years hence, our descendants will have departed from Earth and spread out into the universe, perhaps ultimately encountering life on the planet Gliese. A record of humanity's path over the Earth 100,000 years ago and an imagining of the universe 100,000 years from now will be transformed into a sound installation in two domes.
